Bass Boots Return & Refund Policy

Pre-Order Deposits

Bass Boots releases operate on a deposit-based pre-order system.

  • A $5-per-pair deposit reserves your pair(s) for the current release.

  • You may cancel your deposit at any time before your order ships for a full refund.

  • Because production timelines vary, no specific ship date is guaranteed.

  • All customers receive email updates throughout the production and release process.

Returns After Your Order Arrives

Once your boots are delivered, you have 30 days to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Boots must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, email returns@bassboots.co
If approved, we’ll send you:

  1. A prepaid return label

  2. Instructions for sending your package

Items returned without first requesting approval will not be accepted.


Add-On Product Returns (Cleaner Kit, Figurines, etc.)

Add-on items purchased during checkout (e.g., Cleaner Kit, Mini EDM Figurines) follow the same 30-day return window as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging

  • No signs of wear, damage, or residue (cleaning products cannot be opened or tested)

  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

Add-on items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Returns for add-on items must be requested through the same email:

Add-on items are not refundable until after boots have shipped.
(Pre-order cancellation refunds apply only to the deposit.)


Damages, Defects & Order Issues

If any item in your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us immediately at returns@bassboots.co so we can make it right.

Please include photos for faster resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale items

  • Personalized or special-order products

  • Opened or used cleaning products

  • Hazardous or perishable materials

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending a return.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or want to swap product(s), the fastest method is:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Once approved, place a separate order for the desired item(s)


Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s), we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Additional Protections for Bass Boots

  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address if the customer enters it incorrectly.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Return Shipping Responsibility: For standard returns (not defective/wrong item), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on location.

  • Restocking / Cleaning Fee: Items returned used, dirty, or damaged may be subject to denial or an up to 25% restocking fee at our discretion.

  • Partial Refunds: Products returned missing components, accessories, or packaging may receive a partial refund.
