2. Pre-Order + Deposit System

Bass Boots products are released through a deposit-based pre-order system.

By placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:

2.1 Deposit Structure

  • A $5-per-pair deposit is required to reserve your pair(s).

  • Deposits are fully refundable anytime before shipping.

  • Deposits do not guarantee a specific shipping date.

2.2 No Guaranteed Delivery Timeline

You understand that:

  • Production timelines vary.

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or supplier constraints.

  • Estimated shipping windows are not binding.

You agree not to hold Bass Boots liable for delays, as long as your deposit remains refundable until shipment.

3. Add-On Items

Add-ons (Cleaner Kit, Figurines, accessories) may be purchased with your pre-order.

  • Add-on purchases are final until your boots ship.

  • Once shipped, add-ons follow the standard 30-day return policy.

  • Opened, used, or damaged add-ons cannot be returned.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your deposit anytime before shipping for a full refund.

Once your order ships, cancellations convert into a standard return request based on our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Return Eligibility

After receiving your product:

  • You have 30 days to request a return.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Add-ons must be unopened and unused.

  • Return requests must be emailed to returns@bassboots.co

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

6. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability details are accurate. However:

  • We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

  • We may update product information without prior notice.

  • Pricing or promotional errors may be corrected even after an order is placed.

7. Pricing & Payment Terms

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are determined at checkout.

  • We may refuse or limit quantities purchased by any customer.
